Experience the interconnectedness of your mind, body, and relationships by understanding your unique nervous system.
Learn how your particular nervous system shapes the climate of relationships – in yourself, with others, and in the world we co-create.
“What I have learnt about myself made a fundamental difference in my life. A small shift in perspective improved my quality of life dramatically.”
Welcome
I’m Delphine Oliver — an Integral Coach (ICF-PCC) and nervous system specialist (MSc), with a deep commitment to supporting individuals to live with greater ease, presence and relational capacity.
With over 25 years of experience in both medical and coaching fields, as well as an insatiable appetite for learning about what it means to be human, I offer a space for discovering, reflecting and integrating how our particular nervous systems shape the climate of our relationships – in ourselves, with others, and in the world we co-create.
My journey from clinical physiotherapy to integral coaching has opened a lived understanding of the interplay between mind, body, and relationship.
At the heart of this work is an invitation: where your body becomes a conversation, not a battleground.
Through practices rooted in neuroscience, somatic intelligence, and systemic awareness, I hold spaces in which people begin to sense more, notice more, and gently shift how they relate — to themselves, to others, and to the world around them.
What I bring:
25 years of experience as a physiotherapist, MSc in exercise science, my lived experience as a daughter, sister, partner, mother, friend...
14 years of experience as an integral coach
Deep knowledge of the nervous system, trauma-integrated coaching, the Enneagram, adult development, family and systemic constellation work, and Functional Fluency
A presence that welcomes clarity and mystery — attuned, relational, and grounded
A commitment to nervous system work as cultural healing, not just personal relief
“Delphine’s course came at the perfect time for me. I had just welcomed my second baby and my nervous system was completely overwhelmed. Each week the sessions gave me an opportunity to check in with what was going on in my body and provided valuable insights into and techniques to manage daily overwhelm. I also gained a better understanding around how to support my very spirited toddler through the transition into becoming a big sister. My whole family benefited from the course. What I really appreciated was how Delphine pointed out all the ways in which we already support our nervous systems so that optimising these instincts felt easy and doable. I learnt that subtle shifts in awareness can make a huge difference to the flow, ease, and joy of daily family life. ”
Why the Nervous System Matters
Our nervous system responds to everything we experience: stress, conflict, expectations, transitions, loss.
It adapts — often quietly and automatically.
If this adaptive mode goes on for too long, we can lose touch with ourselves.
Then life gets tight:
We become more easily irritated or exhausted
Relationships suffer
We make more mistakes
Everything starts to feel like an emergency, even when it isn’t
It feels like we live estranged from our own lives, disregarding our own values.
This is not a personal failure; it’s a strategy that helps us to survive — but that can leave us depleted over time.
What this work opens up
This work is not about self-optimisation —
it’s about embodied self-responsibility in a relational context.
You learn how to feel like yourself again, how to live WITH your nervous system rather than against it, to recognise what you need before you get to breaking point, and how to stay in contact with others during difficult situations without losing yourself.
This work helps you to:
Take responsibility – without constantly questioning yourself
Stay connected – without losing yourself
Show up for others – without burning out
“The Nervous System Fundamentals programme helped me to see (and feel) my own needs and experiences of the world around me as uniquely mine and acceptable - this was relieving and fundamentally shifted something in me. With this shift came a reclaiming of responsibility for my wellbeing.”
WHAT I OFFER
I create spaces where sensitivity and complexity are welcome — not problems to fix, but pathways to deeper self-understanding. My work centres on practical tools you can carry into daily life: small, steady ways to build self-awareness, clarity, and inner orientation.
My core offerings:
Nervous System Fundamentals
An 8-week virtual group coaching journey that empowers sensitive people to live with more ease by learning the language of their nervous system.
Next programme starting 29 July 2026
THE Enneagram & THE NERVOUS SYSTEM
An 8-week virtual group coaching journey to uncover your core patterns and their connection to your nervous system. We do this through the relationships we have with ourselves and others through deeper self-understanding.
Somatic Competencies for Coaches
One-to-one coaching. Enhance your impact as a coach by integrating somatic competencies into your practice. This offering is ideal for coaches committed to enriching their practice with a holistic, body-centred approach.
Family Systems Constellations
One-to-one coaching. Family Systems Constellations is a transformative approach to understanding and resolving deeply rooted patterns originating from family dynamics.
Functional Fluency
One-to-one coaching. Nervous system regulation is not enough unless we shift our behaviour. Functional fluency is a framework that guides behaviour shifts for more effective communication and leadership.
Talks & webinars
Thoughtful, accessible sessions for teams and communities.
“The Nervous System Fundamentals sessions were a weekly reminder to bring more ‘being’ into my daily ‘doing’. The sessions were well-paced and structured to engage deeply. Frameworks and tools offered were on point and grounded in “theory” which I need to make sense of them. I am more intentional, notice patterns sooner, and feel more equipped to make shifts. Delphine is kind, considered, knowledgeable, and skilful in holding space for thoughts, opinions, and emotions to surface and ground these in practical and helpful ways. A worthwhile investment in self-care.”
