A Journey Rooted in Resilience and Renewal

As a highly sensitive person myself, it’s taken me years to understand that sensitivity is both a gift and a responsibility.

In 2010, while pursuing my second Master’s degree and navigating the birth of my third child, I experienced severe burnout. The overwhelming demands of life left me in a state of constant inner turmoil—sleep-deprived and disconnected. I believed I could manage it all, but my nervous system was stretched to its limit. Recovery was a long road, leading to a profound realisation: the vital importance of understanding and honouring the language of the nervous system.

This pivotal moment inspired my transition from physiotherapy to integral coaching, guiding me toward a deeper exploration of holistic healing. Now, with over three decades of experience, I am dedicated to helping others navigate their lives with greater ease and resilience. My work combines expertise in medical sciences with somatic intelligence, behavioural science, and systemic awareness to guide seekers toward a more conscious, compassionate, connected way of being.

My Approach

I believe our nervous system is the bridge between ourselves, others, and the world around us. When it feels safe and at ease, life flows with more clarity, tenderness, and connection. When it feels unsettled, we can get caught in old patterns that leave us feeling stuck or alone.

The work we do together is an invitation to slow down and listen more deeply. With the support of practices such as Nervous System Regulation, the Enneagram, Family and Systems Constellations, and Functional Fluency, you’ll find new ways of meeting yourself with compassion and opening to more nourishing relationships.

My hope is that this journey helps you not only to manage stress or grow in your work and relationships, but to feel more at home in yourself — and to walk through life with greater ease, authenticity, and a sense of belonging.
