My Offerings
My work brings together nervous system literacy, integral coaching, somatic awareness and relational practice.
Whether we work one-to-one, in a group or through a workshop, the intention is not to offer another system for improving yourself; it is to create the conditions for noticing more, understanding more and finding new ways of participating in your life and relationships.
Some offerings are available individually. Others are organised around participant interest and will run once enough people have registered.
Rather than assuming that one fixed fee represents value or fairness for everyone, I invite a conversation about what an appropriate exchange might look like in the context of the work and each participant’s circumstances.
For some, a conventional financial contribution will feel appropriate. For others, a different contribution may make participation more accessible. Someone else may be in a position to contribute more.
Money remains an important part of the exchange. A participatory approach does not mean that value, boundaries or sustainability disappear. The intention is to arrive at an agreement that is clear, documented and sustainable for everyone involved, including me.
This is an ongoing experiment, and my understanding of it will continue to develop through practice. What I can commit to is approaching the process with clarity, care and openness.
A Participatory Approach to Exchange
How Participation Works
I am exploring a more participatory approach to how group programmes are scheduled and how value is exchanged.
Rather than setting all programme dates and fees in advance, I am creating opportunities around participant interest.
The process is simple:
Register your interest. Let me know which programme you would like to explore.
Gather a group. Once enough people have expressed interest, we will explore a suitable time and format.
Shape the programme. We will establish the dates, structure and practical details together.
Agree to the exchange. We will discuss an appropriate contribution in the context of the programme and the people participating.
Registering your interest does not commit you to joining. It is an expression of curiosity and intention. The programme details and exchange will be agreed before you make a commitment.
This means that group programmes may not always have fixed dates available. Instead, they will develop around the people who are interested in taking part.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
-
No. Registering your interest is an expression of curiosity and intention. Once there is enough interest, we will discuss the programme details and exchange before you make a commitment.
-
The exchange will be explored in conversation, with the intention of finding an arrangement that respects participants' circumstances and the sustainability of the work.
-
Not necessarily. Programmes will be scheduled when there is sufficient interest and a viable group can be formed.
-
Yes. You can express interest in any of the programmes that resonate with you.
-
That is completely understandable. Some people find a clear, predetermined number more supportive and manageable. We can discuss what kind of arrangement works for you.
